This Adult Affiliate Compliance Policy ("Policy") forms part of the UTG Networks Ltd Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
All Affiliates must comply with this Policy at all times when promoting any website, content, product, service, or brand owned or operated by UTG Networks Ltd.
Failure to comply may result in suspension, commission forfeiture, or immediate termination of your Affiliate account.
Purpose
UTG Networks Ltd operates adult entertainment websites intended solely for consenting adults.
This Policy establishes minimum compliance requirements for Affiliates promoting UTG Networks brands, websites, products, and services.
Affiliates remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws applicable to their activities and jurisdictions.
Adult Audience Requirement
Affiliates may only market UTG Networks products and services to adults who are legally permitted to view adult material in their jurisdiction.
Affiliates must not:
- Target minors.
- Intentionally attract underage visitors.
- Use child-oriented language.
- Use child-oriented imagery.
- Use youth-oriented branding.
- Advertise in locations primarily intended for minors.
Any promotion targeting individuals under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.
Age Verification Compliance
Where required by applicable law, Affiliates must implement legally required age verification measures, comply with age-gating requirements, restrict access where required, and follow all applicable online safety regulations.
Affiliates are solely responsible for determining whether age verification obligations apply in the jurisdictions where they operate.
Prohibited Content
Affiliates may not promote, distribute, advertise, host, or link to content containing prohibited, illegal, exploitative, or non-consensual material.
Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material
- Underage content
- Age-ambiguous content
- Bestiality
- Necrophilia
- Human trafficking
- Non-consensual sexual activity
- Rape or sexual assault content
- Incest content where prohibited by law
- Drugging or incapacitation content
- Snuff content
- Murder depictions
- Gore
- Mutilation
- Torture
- Extreme violence
- Illegal drug sales
- Fraud
- Identity theft
- Terrorism
- Hate crimes
- Revenge pornography
- Non-consensual recordings
- Voyeur content
- Hidden-camera content
Any Affiliate found promoting such content may be permanently removed from the Program.
Synthetic Media and AI Content
Affiliates must not promote non-consensual deepfakes, AI-generated impersonations, synthetic media violating publicity rights, fake celebrity pornography, or digitally manipulated content presented as real without disclosure where required by law.
All AI-generated content must comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.
Social Media Compliance
Affiliates must comply with the policies of every platform used for promotion, including but not limited to X, Reddit, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord.
Affiliates are solely responsible for account suspensions, content removals, penalties, or enforcement actions imposed by third-party platforms.
Search Engine Compliance
Affiliates must not bid on UTG Networks trademarks, brand names, model names where prohibited, deceptive search advertisements, or terms that misrepresent official affiliation.
UTG Networks reserves sole discretion in determining trademark violations.
Email Marketing Compliance
Affiliates using email marketing must comply with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, PECR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and all local anti-spam laws.
Affiliates must maintain valid consent records, honour unsubscribe requests, and include required disclosures.
Affiliates may not purchase illegal mailing lists, harvest email addresses, or send unsolicited commercial emails.
Privacy and Data Protection
Affiliates must comply with all applicable privacy legislation including UK GDPR, EU GDPR, ePrivacy requirements, PECR, and applicable US state privacy laws.
Affiliates remain solely responsible for cookie compliance, consent management, privacy notices, and data collection practices.
Traffic Quality Requirements
All traffic must be genuine human traffic.
The following traffic sources are prohibited:
- Bots
- Automated traffic
- Click farms
- Traffic exchanges
- Forced clicks
- Hidden redirects
- Auto-refresh traffic
- Incentivised traffic without written approval
- Malware-generated traffic
UTG Networks may reject any traffic source deemed low quality or suspicious.
Domain Ownership and Transparency
Affiliates must control the domains used for promotion, provide ownership information upon request, and identify all significant traffic sources.
UTG Networks may request verification at any time.
Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension.
Brand Protection
Affiliates may not impersonate UTG Networks, present themselves as official representatives, register confusingly similar domains, create fake support channels, or use misleading branding.
Affiliates must clearly identify themselves as independent businesses.
Model Protection Policy
Affiliates may not harass performers, publish private information, publish personal contact information, encourage stalking, misrepresent performers, create false biographies, or create fake social media profiles.
Any activity endangering performers may result in immediate termination.
Copyright Protection
Affiliates may only use approved promotional materials, licensed content, and content supplied through official affiliate channels.
Affiliates must not remove watermarks, alter copyright notices, repackage paid content, or redistribute member-only content.
Regulatory Compliance
Affiliates are responsible for complying with adult-content regulations, online safety legislation, consumer protection laws, advertising regulations, financial regulations, and tax obligations within every jurisdiction where traffic is generated or received.
Investigations
UTG Networks reserves the right to audit traffic sources, request supporting documentation, verify promotional methods, and investigate suspicious activity.
Affiliates must cooperate fully with any compliance review.
Enforcement Actions
UTG Networks may take enforcement action depending on the severity of the violation.
- Warning notice
- Temporary suspension
- Commission withholding
- Commission reversal
- Account termination
- Permanent blacklist
Reporting Violations
Affiliates who become aware of illegal content, fraudulent activity, trademark abuse, or compliance violations should promptly notify UTG Networks.
Failure to report serious violations may itself be considered a compliance breach.
Policy Updates
UTG Networks may modify this Policy at any time.
The latest version published on the UTG Networks website shall supersede all previous versions.
Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of all updates.
Acceptance
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE UTG NETWORKS AFFILIATE PROGRAM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THIS ADULT AFFILIATE COMPLIANCE POLICY.
