This Prohibited Promotional Methods Policy ("Policy") forms part of the UTG Networks Ltd Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions and Adult Affiliate Compliance Policy.

All Affiliates must comply with this Policy when promoting any website, product, service, brand, or content operated by UTG Networks Ltd.

Violation of this Policy may result in commission forfeiture, account suspension, immediate termination, and permanent removal from the Affiliate Program.

Purpose

The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that all Affiliates promote UTG Networks brands fairly, honestly, legally, and in a manner that protects consumers, performers, advertisers, payment processors, brand reputation, and other Affiliates.

Any promotional activity not specifically prohibited below may still be rejected if UTG Networks reasonably determines it is deceptive, unethical, harmful, or inconsistent with the objectives of the Affiliate Program.

Fraudulent Traffic

Affiliates may not generate traffic, clicks, leads, or sales through fraudulent means.

Prohibited activities include:

• Bot traffic
• Automated visitors
• Click farms
• Traffic exchanges
• Purchased fake traffic
• Scripted traffic generation
• Browser automation
• Artificial engagement systems
• Proxy-generated traffic
• VPN-generated traffic intended to manipulate tracking

UTG Networks reserves sole discretion when determining whether traffic is genuine.

Cookie Stuffing

Cookie stuffing is strictly prohibited.

Examples include:

• Dropping affiliate cookies without a deliberate user click.
• Invisible iframes.
• Hidden image requests.
• Forced redirects.
• Background tracking scripts.
• Automatic affiliate tagging.

Any commissions generated through cookie stuffing shall be forfeited.

Forced Clicks and Forced Redirects

Affiliates may not force visitors through affiliate links without their knowledge.

Examples include:

• Pop-unders
• Auto redirects
• Exit redirects
• Hidden buttons
• Misleading download links
• Invisible overlays
• Forced interstitials

Users must knowingly click an affiliate link.

Self Referrals

Affiliates may not earn commissions from their own purchases, memberships, subscriptions, household members, employees, contractors, or business partners.

UTG Networks may reverse commissions resulting from self-referrals.

Cashback and Incentivised Signups

Affiliates may not offer incentives for memberships without prior written approval.

Examples include:

• Cashback offers
• Gift cards
• Cash payments
• Loyalty rewards
• Contest entries
• Sweepstakes entries
• Cryptocurrency rewards
• Free products
• Paid signups

Trademark Bidding

Affiliates may not purchase advertising using UTG Networks, Hayleys Secrets, More Than Nylons, Heidi's Secrets, Skintight Glamour, or any current or future UTG Networks trademarks, brands, performer names, domains, URLs, or confusing variations.

This restriction applies to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Yahoo Ads, native advertising platforms, social media advertising, and any paid search platform.

Domain Name Abuse

Affiliates may not register similar domain names, misspellings, typosquatting domains, confusingly similar domains, or domains intended to create confusion.

UTG Networks reserves sole discretion in determining similarity.

Fake Reviews and Testimonials

Affiliates may not publish false reviews, fabricated experiences, fake customer testimonials, misleading ratings, or fake comparison websites.

Reviews must reflect genuine opinions and experiences.

Fake Endorsements

Affiliates may not imply endorsement by performers, models, celebrities, influencers, or UTG Networks employees unless express written permission has been granted.

AI Generated Endorsements

Affiliates may not use AI-generated testimonials, synthetic endorsements, deepfake videos, fake voice recordings, or AI-generated performer recommendations that could mislead consumers.

Misrepresentation

Affiliates may not falsely claim official ownership, official representation, exclusive relationships, partnership status, or employment by UTG Networks.

Affiliates must clearly operate as independent businesses.

Email Spam

The following activities are prohibited:

• Unsolicited bulk email
• Purchased email lists
• Harvested email addresses
• Deceptive subject lines
• False sender information

All email marketing must comply with applicable laws.

Social Media Spam

Affiliates may not engage in mass unsolicited messages, automated commenting, automated posting, artificial engagement schemes, or platform manipulation on any social media platform.

Reddit Abuse

Affiliates may not spam subreddits, evade bans, manipulate voting, use multiple accounts to promote content, or misrepresent promotional posts as organic discussions.

All Reddit promotion must comply with Reddit's rules.

Misleading Advertising

Affiliates may not use false claims, misleading statements, deceptive banners, fake countdown timers, fake scarcity, false discounts, or misleading pricing.

All promotional materials must accurately represent the product being promoted.

Malware and Software Abuse

Affiliates may not distribute malware, viruses, spyware, adware, browser hijackers, malicious browser extensions, or any software that interferes with user devices.

Performer Protection

Affiliates may not publish private information, encourage harassment, encourage stalking, publish personal addresses, publish personal telephone numbers, or publish non-public social media accounts of any performer featured on UTG Networks websites.

Unauthorised Content Distribution

Affiliates may not redistribute member content, upload paid content to tube sites, share premium downloads, sell UTG Networks content, remove watermarks, or remove branding unless expressly authorised.

Tracking Manipulation

Affiliates may not attempt to manipulate tracking systems, reporting systems, conversion systems, or commission calculations in any way.

Any attempt to interfere with tracking may result in immediate termination.

Compliance Investigations

UTG Networks reserves the right to investigate traffic quality, traffic sources, advertising campaigns, referral patterns, and conversion activity at any time.

Affiliates must provide requested information promptly.

Commission Reversal Rights

UTG Networks reserves the right to reverse, withhold, reduce, adjust, or refuse commissions generated through fraudulent activity, prohibited promotional methods, tracking abuse, brand infringement, or compliance violations, regardless of whether commissions have already accrued.

Immediate Termination Violations

The following violations may result in immediate termination without notice:

• Fraud
• Cookie stuffing
• Spam
• Trademark abuse
• Self-referrals
• Deepfake promotion
• CSAM-related content
• Non-consensual content promotion
• Tracking manipulation
• Chargeback fraud

Permanent Blacklisting

UTG Networks may permanently blacklist Affiliates involved in serious fraud, repeated violations, brand abuse, illegal activity, threats against staff or performers, or criminal activity.

Blacklisted Affiliates shall be permanently prohibited from future participation.

Residual Clause

No Policy can anticipate every possible abuse method.

UTG Networks reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any promotional activity harms consumers, performers, other Affiliates, UTG Networks, or creates legal, regulatory, financial, payment processor, or reputational risk.

Such activity may be restricted, suspended, or prohibited even if not specifically listed within this Policy.

Acceptance

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE UTG NETWORKS AFFILIATE PROGRAM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THIS PROHIBITED PROMOTIONAL METHODS POLICY.
